The mission of Enslow Publishing is to publish high-quality educational nonfiction books for children and young adults, who will access these materials in schools and public libraries.

Since its founding in 1976 by Ridley M. Enslow, Jr., a veteran of major New York publishing houses, Enslow Publishing, has specialized in quality series nonfiction books for children and young adults. The company is now run by two of his sons, Mark Enslow, who serves as president, and Brian Enslow, who acts as vice president and publisher.

The company currently publishes 200 new library-bound titles a year for students in first through twelfth grades.
